Location:
This authentic Menorcan farmhouse is situated on the top of a small hill with wonderful views over Sant Climent and the south coast. It is just an 8 minute drive to Sant Climent and to Cala´n Porter beach. Mahon town and the port are only a 10 minute drive away. Vehicle is necessary.
Exterior:
Next to the enclosed swimming pool (approximately 9 x 5m) is a pergola furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, a stone barbeque and a traditional Menorcan bread oven. Behind this area is a spacious grass lawn, also gated for child safety. Directly in front of the house is a cobble terrace decorated with colourful plants and shrubs.
