Description

"Can Gusti" is built for you. For your needs, for your demands, for your recreation. The L-shaped building perfectly meets the standards set for a welcoming new-construction home and, with its stone facade also reflects the Mallorcan country house tradition. The same impression is created on the spacious property with numerous trees – old and newly planted – and a rural setting that is characterised by agricultural activity. There is no need for fences near the garden, pool and terrace area, as there are no neighbours within sight. Relaxing loungers are waiting for you on the lush green artificial lawn. Umbrellas, which might occasionally be needed to protect you if the sun gets too intense, are also on hand. The turquoise mosaic-tiled pool with a gentle stepped entrance is rather narrow, but at the same time long enough to comfortably do your laps. The swimming pool is bordered on one side by the lawn, and on the other side by the terrace, which stretches to the building itself and is partly covered by the sun shade. Under this you will find not only a long wooden table with chic, rattan-look chairs, but also a comfortable lounge area. With a mobile gas BBQ provided, there will be nothing standing between you and a wonderful evening BBQ.

The interior completely departs from the classic Mallorcan style, but this is by no means disappointing. It is invitingly light, and not only because of the large glass patio doors facing the terrace. Radiant walls, white ceiling beams, and matt sandstone floor tiles are contrasted only by the natural wood used for the dark window and door frames. The delicate colour palette is repeated in the open-plan living area with a wall-mounted TV and also equipped with elegant, anthracite-coloured snuggly sofas. The long dining table in a light-coloured vintage look creates the connection to the kitchen, which is separated by only a elegant counter. Behind it is a fully-equipped country kitchen with a whitewash look that includes all the technological conveniences needed for a relaxed, self-catering holiday. All four bedrooms are on the same floor. These are also bright, cheerful, and attractive with sufficient space to stow away your holiday wardrobe. The master bedroom has the advantage of an en-suite bathroom, and the other two bathrooms are freely accessible from the hallway. The bathroom has a trendy and up-to-date design: floor-level walk-in showers with rainfall shower heads, as well as exclusive tiling in wood look, stone, or grey mosaic – each is individually designed. Holiday at a high standard - this beautiful new-construction villa is undoubtedly in that category. The villa is also powered by climate-friendly solar energy, which is why the installation of pool lights, air-conditioning, and other devices that consume a lot of energy is not possible.

Of course, location also plays a significant role in ensuring an enjoyable holiday, and the villa "Can Gusti" receives our special recommendation on this point as well. As you can see on our aerial photographs, it is marvellously rural and quiet and has no direct neighbours. But it would be a shame if you didn't at least to some extent explore all the beauty that Mallorca has to offer. This includes visiting towns such as Felanitx or Manacor and strolling through the markets there. For sightseeing you can also visit the island's landmarks, such as the monastery of Sant Salvador situated on a mountain near Felanitx, and also the numerous beaches in the east, first of which should be the almost untouched bathing cove of Cala Varques, and many, many, more. Sport enthusiasts will certainly want to pay a visit to the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy, only around 8 km away. If you can't fit everything in on your first visit to villa "Can Gusti", simply book again next year. A splendid villa awaits you, even if this is your first time around.
