Punta Blava

Description

The location is fantastic: so close to the sea that you can even see it from the balcony; a walk to the water only takes a few minutes. The villa "Punta Blava", built in a typical residential area of detached houses, white in colour and with shutters shining in the same turquoise blue as the pool in the garden. The house on the east coast of Mallorca has a cosy maritime ambience and offers a lot of comfort, especially for families with children. The highlights: the swimming pool with artificial lawn and sun loungers around it, the covered terrace and the barbecue area with paella pan. For the little ones there is a swing in the front garden.

The interior is modern, with a lot of white, combined with various natural tones and dark wood in which one immediately feels at home. On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area, and the well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the outside area. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom and a modern bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite.
