Holidaymakers who like to spend their free time in a tastefully decorated house in Mallorca and at the same time appreciate the proximity to beaches and places with good infrastructure will find the ideal address here. An extraordinary, round pool is located in the middle of the garden. The pool is shallow and varies in depth between 1.40 m and 1.70 m. A great sunbathing area surrounds the pool. Around it is a great sunbathing terrace and a beautiful lawn. In the immediate vicinity of the house, you will find a solid wooden table under the covered terrace, which can seat up to 6 people.

A bright, tasteful ambience also characterises the interior of the finca. From the terrace facing the pool, you enter the living/dining room. The open fireplace, which is located directly next to the staircase to the first floor, provides pleasant warmth on cold evenings. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on this living level as well as the kitchen. On the upper floor there is another bedroom with bathroom and furthermore an area with a cosy sofa and two armchairs as well as access to the balcony. On the ground floor there are a total of 4 single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m each as well as a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, and on the first floor there is another double bed of the same size. Typical Mallorcan daylight bathrooms offer enough space for all fellow travellers.
