Description

Villa Letizia is located in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, about 7 km away from the town Pesaro, one of the largest and best known towns in the Marche region. Here visitors can find a variety of entertainment, from historical buildings, to the beautiful promenade and numerous shops.
Pesaro is also known as the birthplace of the famous composer Gioacchino Rossini, whose house where he grew up can be visited. Nicknamed the 'city of music', Pesaro hosts a number of festivals, the best known ofwhich is the ROF - the Rossini Opera Festival - which has been held annually in the city since 1980.
Another destination worth visiting is definitely Fano, a seaside town which has an incredible cultural and historical heritage and a beautiful coastline with fully equipped beaches.
Villa Letizia is also not far from the beautiful Adriatic Riviera, with beaches that alternate between stretches of fine sand and rocky sections. These beaches are adjoined by palm trees, pine forests and long cycling paths, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants where visitors can enjoy themselves and taste the local fish dishes.
Not far from the villa there are numerous small hamlets nestled in the hills of the Marche region, and that are definitely worth a visit. Among these is the delightful village of Novilara, just a few kilometres from the villa, which is also considered an archaeological site of considerable value, with the presence of an important necropolis, brought to light at the end of the 19th century. Novilara also has a great gastronomic culture, which is reflected in the number of typical restaurants that can be found in this small town.
Other villages in the area are the hamlet of Candelara, the town of Mondavio, the beautiful Gradara and the historic town of Urbino. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the latter is universally recognised as one of the capitals of the Italian Renaissance, and features beautiful historic buildings such as the famous Palazzo Ducale.
Other places worth visiting in the vicinity are the towns of Cattolica and Riccione to the north or Senigallia with its beautiful and famous beaches to the south.
Villa Letizia is a beautiful property surrounded by nature and featuring several hectares of garden.
The entrance to the property opens with an avenue of cypresses leading to the villa. At the front of the park surrounding the house there is a large lawn where children can have fun and play freely.
Not far from the main building, down a flight of steps, is the beautiful mosaic-tiled pool, from which you can admire the spectacular landscape of the Marche region.
Around the pool there are numerous sun loungers and sofas where guests can relax and sunbathe. In the pool area there is also a small outdoor kitchen and a service bathroom with showers.
The villa also contains many corners of great historical importance: on the outside of the structure there is, in fact, the historical chapel from the year 1868, surrounded by centuries-old trees, and which can also be admired from the living room of the house.
At the back of the villa there is a large sunny courtyard with tables where guests can enjoy local specialities and admire the beautiful panorama of the park that surrounds the villa. There is also a barbecue here.
The villa also includes two uncovered parking spaces, for the exclusive use of the villa's guests.
Villa Letizia is a beautiful historic property with pool, located in the province of Pesaro, surrounded by the rolling hills of the Marche region and with a beautiful view over the whole territory, all the way to the Adriatic Sea.
The villa is located a few steps from the historic villages of Novilara and Candelara, and is not far from the towns of Pesaro and Fano.
The structure is made of bricks and is built on two floors. Already from the entrance it is possible to notice the taste and attention to detail in the furnishing of the villa.
From the entrance it is possible to enter the living room through an arched glass door: here there is a dining area with a beautiful wooden table and a living room with sofas, a fireplace, a wooden bookcase and a satellite TV.
On the first floor there is also a utility bathroom and a lounge area with a nice round wooden table and comfortable armchairs. Following is the large, modern kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and American coffee maker. There is also a fireplace and a wood-burning oven for decorative use in the kitchen. The kitchen leads to an outdoor terrace; through which you can reach the backyard.
The upper floor can be accessed via a beautiful internal wooden staircase. This floor contains the five bedrooms, arranged in:

4 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and shower;
1 single bedroom, which includes a further en-suite bathroom with shower;
Each room features beautiful parquet flooring and tasteful, high-quality furnishings with antique wood furniture and truly unique pieces of antiques.
The structure retains the air of elegance and tradition that it had at the time of its construction. However, there is no shortage of modernisation to the villa, which now has a Wi-Fi network covering the entire building.
