This Dalmatian abode is ideal for families with children and occupies a private spot in the quiet hills of Dubrovnik’s suburbs just 15kms from the twisting maze of cobbled streets that Dubrovnik’s UNESCO Old Town is so known for. Hugging the hillside and effortlessly showcasing the panoramic performance of the vista below, the outdoor setting has ample seating. Much like theatre stalls, the tiered garden is the ideal perch from which to soak up the seascape and spot ships on the horizon as they navigate their nautical crossing. A covered dining area provides reprieve from the midday sun and sits beside a well-equipped summer kitchen complete with bar area to prepare a holiday tipple or two. The large lawn out front creates a safe space for children to play, whilst inside the villa has a dedicated indoor children’s lounge area for moments of reprieve after hours of high energy adventure.
