The villa is perfect for bringing together a large family or group. Pula is famous for its ancient Roman buildings. The most famous attractions are the Pula Arena, a preserved Roman amphitheater, and its beautiful sea. Besides this, it has a long tradition of winemaking, fishing, and shipbuilding. From the villa, the supermarkets and restaurants are at 250 m. You arrive at the seabeach at only 600 m. You can alternate between being at by the waters and being at home. The villa has air-conditioned rooms for comfort on hotter days. With the private swimming pool a few steps away, you can take a refreshing plunge and wash up in the outdoor shower. You can enjoy summer evenings in the garden with cozy barbecues and wine. For leisure hours, table tennis, table football, and darts are there. Parking is available. The airport is 8 km away.
