The pool, at ground level, is embellished by pretty mosaic stones. The slightly elevated terrace offers a marvellous view of the garden, for extensive relaxation at any time of day. The outdoor dining table is perfect for dinners of up to eight people, savouring a tasteful breakfast or culinary barbecue night. On the markets and in the shops nearby, you can purchase fresh and delicious produce and then directly prepare it on the barbecue – simply delicious. The terrace classically lets you directly access the house's open-plan dining and living area.

The kitchenette offers everything you need for everyday use, including a filter coffee machine and electric kettle. Cheerfully designed bedrooms for adults with a very homey touch invite to a relaxing sleep. Bright colours combined with elegant wooden furniture and skillfully emphasised features convey a very inviting atmosphere. Here, the beds all measure 1.60 x 2.00 m. The third bedroom holds a double bed as well as an additional sofa bed, which is perfect for children. The three bright bathrooms are tastefully designed and functionally equipped. The two en-suite bathrooms are luxuriously fitted with a bath with hydro massage function. An irons and hair dryer is available in the house, so you do not need to bring them along.

Lloseta is located to the east of the geographic centre of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The cobbled streets and squares give visitors a sense of pleasant timelessness. Inca has a long-standing tradition in leather and shoe crafts. The area around the town is characterised by a number of popular companies in the shoe industry (e.g. the Camper brand).
