There is an island and a table in the middle of the kitchen, equipped with fancy bar stools, where you can drink an espresso from the coffee machine while you eat fresh pancakes in the morning. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms on the ground floor. A staircase leads you from the living area to the upper floor, which houses a spacious terrace with a view of the garden and pool, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an office where you can look into the green of the neighbourhood for inspiration. The equipment follows a modern line - green plants make sure that you feel comfortable during your holiday.

Sa Toree belongs to Badia Gran, a small, peaceful and well cared-for residential area. A bistro, bakery, supermarket, playground and pharmacy are just a stone's throw away for your daily needs. For more extensive shopping trips or for a stroll, you have many choices: in Llucmajor (22 km) there are two market days a week allowing you to dive into the colourful market world in front of the historic town hall and make purchases at the fruit and vegetable stands with fresh Mallorcan goods. The villa is located on a street so you can quickly make your way to one of the beaches of southern Mallorca - you can choose between the lively and well-known sand beaches of Arenal (8 km) and the Play de Palma (15 km) or peaceful sand bays such as the Cala Blava (6 km). So much is clear - you will not be bored during your holiday in the "Dori" villa due to the ideal location and you can return to your everyday life in a good mood with a tan and a lot of valuable memories.
