This is a fabulous 3-bedroom villa in Villanueva de la Concepción. It offers a fantastic view of the mountains and valley. It is ideal for a family or group of friends. Villanueva de la Concepción is a 10-minute drive away and you'll find a supermarket and restaurants 500m and 5 km away, respectively. The town of La Joya is a 5-minute drive away as well. You can go horseriding, mountain-climbing in El Chorro, walking in El Torcal, watching flamingos in Fuente de Piedra and much more. The home is a good starting point for day trips to Andalusian cities or the beaches of the Costa del Sol. The home is built in traditional Andalusian style and has a beautifully landscaped garden with a private swimming pool and a barbecue.
