Description
This charming 2 story terraced cottage sits on a quiet lane beneath the town walls in the heart of this historical and fascinating town. There is so much to see and do, all without even needing your car. There is a great selection of shops, bars & restaurants, and the beautiful quayside is a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy a cold drink in The Liverpool Arms, a quayside pub with rather special views. The cottage itself sits beneath the town walls which are are one of the finest sets in Europe, almost completely enclosing the old town.Close by is the magnificent Conwy Castle, a must-see attraction for your visit. If you do wish to venture further, the rather spectacular Bodnant Gardens are only a short drive away and are open all year round. For the more active visitor, you could try your hand at surfing at Surf Snowdonia. There really is so much to see and do in and around Conwy. Jackdaw Cottage (Bwthyn Jac-y-Do in Welsh), is only a hop, skip and a jump from the railway station, so if you prefer not to travel by car you can opt to arrive by train instead.
