Splendid independent holiday home with large private infinity pool and small pool for children located just 1000 meters from the sandy beach between Balestrate and Alcamo, on a small hill from which you can admire a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding hills. At guests' disposal, in addition to the swimming pool, there is also an outdoor whirlpool, large terraces with relaxation beds, sofas and tables for dining together. The large equipped garden with lawn also offers an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Due to its central location, this is an excellent starting point to visit all the most famous towns of Western Sicily such as Palermo and Monreale at 50 km ; Segesta with thermal baths and Greek temples, and then San Vito lo Capo, Marsala, Trapani and the islands Egadi, and then Selinunte at 50 km, with the largest archaeological park in Europe. Inside seven bedrooms, four of which have private bathrooms. Another toilet is located in the pool area.
