This elegant villa consists of two buildings, connected by a covered terrace and the use of a shared pool in the centre, making the ideal setting for multiple families or large groups.

Both buildings have tasteful and contemporary furnishings throughout, making the most of the sunny climate with large windows allowing light to flood through the property forming light and airy spaces perfect for socialising. On the ground of each house there is an open-plan kitchen and living area with direct pool access. The kitchens are fully equipped for cooking up some summer feasts, or if cooking is not your thing, a private chef can be brought in so you can truly relax all day and night. The sleeping areas and bathrooms are on the upper floors, all good sizes and offering views of the stunning surroundings. There are six bedrooms in total and seven bathrooms. You will also find a separate small playground, fitness room, sauna, and table tennis equipment to play, a dream for families with children.

The outdoor space where these two buildings come together is special. The large private swimming pool is a perfect spot to cool off in the warm summer climate. The large terrace is great for socialising together, whilst also offering enough space to find some time to yourself. The terrace is the ideal space for an aperitif or two whilst watching the sun set on the horizon before cooking and eating al-fresco on the barbecue. With various restaurants and amenities nearby, Villa Felicita offers a great combination of privacy and solitude without being too far away from anything. The local area offers everything from bird watching, to paddle boating and horse riding, there is truly something for everyone in this Croatian retreat.

The villa is located between Trogir and Split. The beaches of the Kastela region connect to form a 6km log chain of coves and bathing areas, protected by the shade of pine trees and tamaris. This is the ideal area for those who want a peaceful vacation, whilst nearby all the amenities of Split, the tourist metropolis of central Dalmatia. Split is the second largest city in Croatia and attracts many tourists all year round, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and amenities as well as several historical monuments to visit during your stay.
