Surrounded by picturesque countryside and with stunning views of the sea, Villa Conta is a comfortable holiday home from which to explore both the coast and the nearby village of San Jose.

With a mix of contemporary cool and rustic charm, the decor and tastefully selected furnishings make this villa a relaxing place to enjoy with the whole family. Many original features have been retained, creating a lovely authentic feel throughout.

Villa Conta is set over two floors, with the ground floor being accessible from the outside or the inner courtyard. On the main floor are two living rooms. The living room is part of an extensive open plan area and has a collection of sofas and chairs positioned to make the most of the views. Sharing this space is a large dining table and seating for up to eight people. Walk through to a smaller sitting room with a fireplace and television for enjoying those cosy evenings in. The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious and has all the facilities you need to cook meals with ease. Also on this floor is a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxurious whirlpool bathtub. There are a further double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with bath. A beautiful bathroom with a shower is available to all guests.

To the ground floor is a sitting room with a corner sofa, a traditional brick fireplace and a television. Pass through into the charming kitchen that has a rustic, country house feel. A classic wooden dining table seats up to eight and some doors open on to the outside space. There's also one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower to this level.

Several terraces can be accessed from the accommodation on the main floor. A few steps down and you're on the swimming pool terrace. At its heart is an infinity pool, providing uninterrupted views across the countryside to the sea. There's a choice of sun loungers around the pool and a chill out area for maximum relaxation. Another area that's ideal for unwinding is the lawned garden below, with a beautiful Balinese chill out bed that's surrounded by plants and flowers. There's also a barbecue and small dining area for more casual lunches or dinners.

#### Location
Villa Conta enjoys an isolated setting in the Ibizan countryside but is also just a short distance away from several beaches, as well as towns and villages for sightseeing.

Around 10 minutes south of the villa is the sleepy village of San Jose. Despite being fairly small, there's a good choice of shops and supermarkets to stock up on groceries and other essentials. There are also some boutique shops for treating yourself to some little luxuries and a few local shops for souvenirs. You won't struggle to find an excellent restaurant for lunch or dinner either, as there are many eateries with varied menus and cuisines.

Cala Bassa beach is just over 15 minutes away and boasts golden sands that are gently lapped by clear, turquoise waters. It's a famous beach for families, as the sea provides calm conditions for swimming, taking out a pedalo or snorkelling. There's a nice snack bar for grabbing an ice cream or some lunch, or you can just bring a picnic for a lovely relaxed day out on the beach.

Approximately a 15-minute drive from the villa in San Rafael. This characterful village is located on the main road between San Antonio and Ibiza Town, with its 18th-century whitewashed church providing stunning views over to Ibiza Town and the sea. San Rafael is the only place on the island that has been named as a place of artisan interest for pottery craftsmanship. The several ceramics shops give you the chance to buy pieces made using methods that have barely changed for centuries.
