The house is a recently renovated four-story mid-20th century hacienda on a plot of more than three hectares.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, an American-style kitchen, a laundry room, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and another room with a wine cellar and a table with a brazier. This floor is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

From this area there is access to a three-storey tower, each with its own bedroom and bathroom with shower en suite.

The bedrooms on the first and third floors have a double bed and a single bed, while the bedroom on the second floor has a double bed and two single beds. All bedrooms, in addition to the living rooms, are air-conditioned with air conditioning.

Outside you can enjoy two porches and terraces and a private pool with barbecue area.
