You will have a sun terrace with a private swimming pool, sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The garden with Mediterranean plants overlooks the surroundings and the sea. The historic center of the picturesque town of Rovinj is located only 8 km away. Daily shopping can be done within 1 km of the property. Several restaurants are just 500 m away. For a wonderful day at the beach you can look up the crystal clear sea, which is located 9 km from the house. Also you have access to a bathroom with a bubble bath and a relaxation area with infrared lamps and a sauna. Outside is a covered terrace with barbecue which boasts a delicious summer meal. The nearest airport (Pula) is located 38 km from the property.
