This charming semi-detached holiday home is located less than 15 km from the sea and the Cinque Terre National Park, an enchanting Ligurian area known world-wide thanks to the beautiful villages of Monterosso, Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia and Vernazza! Outside you will find an equipped area in shared use, for your moments of relaxation. This will surely be the ideal base to explore the surroudings: La Spezia (20 Km), from which you can take the train or ferry to visit the Cinque Terre; Lerici with its castle and a renowned golf course (30 km); if you want to go further you can drive up to the Versilia with the very popular Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta, which over the years has become an outdoor art gallery. The sumptuous Portofino with Santa Margherita is certainly worth a detour; you can reach them also by passing through Sestri Levante, Chiavari until you arrive in Zoagli where you can admire, along the way, an unrivaled architectural masterpiece: the Castle of Sem Benelli Italian poet, writer and playwright. The house is structured on several levels; upstairs sleeping area with three bedrooms (two with double beds in the mezzanine) each with private bathroom.
