Spacious two storey property in a glorious position near South Sands beach in Salcombe, sleeping eight in four bedrooms.

Dolphins is a comfortably property, only a short walk from South Sands Beach. This property boasts wonderful views of the Salcombe Estuary and occupies an enviable position within Salcombe. The property has an open plan design with a modern kitchen, dining area and lounge with sliding doors which open out onto the terrace. Three bedrooms are set up as twins with two 3’ single beds and two feature large en-suite shower rooms whilst the fourth bedroom has a King-size bed. There are two family bathrooms, the first with a bath and the second with a shower. Moreover, there is a large terrace with outdoor furniture, over an acre of gardens and off-road parking for up to four cars. Dolphins is the ideal retreat for a family or group looking for a coastal break.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
