The residence Sole is newly built and ideally positioned in the typical Mediterranean landscape with a beautiful, panoramic view of the nearby sea. The 100 m² villa consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning as well as a washing machine and a cot. Bedroom 1 has 1 queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds for 2 people. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. An area rich in beaches with crystal clear water; the vacation home is 900 metres from the sea and 5 minutes by car from a dog beach (1.5 km). The 'Dog Beach Tertenia' is 7 minutes away by car (3.3 km) and the beach Spiaggia di Foxi Murdegu is also a 7-minute drive away (2.8 km). The volcanic area of Monte Ferru is nearby, with uncontaminated woods, hiking roots and the historical landmark, nuraghe Aleri; offering splendid views. Bars, a butcher, restaurants, and the market are less than 5 minutes by car away from the vacation home (1.5 km) and the nearest supermarket is 760 metres away. The Cagliari Elmas Airport is 1 hour and 50 minutes away from the property (122 km). A baby cot is available on request.
