The Villas are to die for! Gorgeous, luxurious, open, ’ll never want to leave.

All-Inclusive and Resort Fees are mandatory and paid separately (at the resort) from this rental. Resort fees are $10 per person per day. All-Inclusive fees for Villas are $95-110 per person per day (depending on the month of travel). All-Inclusive details can be found on the website. Other details:
Lead Passenger (responsible for the reservation) must be at least 21 years of age. There must be 21 year old present for the entire duration of the vacation. Proof of age may be required.

Resort policies:
Cancellation policy is as follows whether for personal reasons, weather related or other:
3 months or more prior to your departure date you may reschedule. Rental payment will be applied towards the rescheduled date.
You can reschedule One Time Only and must be done within one year of original rental date or you forfeit your entire rental payments.
Rescheduled dates are upon availability.
3 months or less prior to your departure date you forfeit your entire rental payment. Neither refund nor rescheduling can be done.
Any changes to a reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival will have a penalty of $75.00, and it must be paid at the Customer Service office before checking-in. (Resorts Policy)
If unforeseen circumstance should arise at check-in that a 5 or 6 bedroom villa is not available then two villas will be given to accommodate total number of bedrooms needed at no additional cost to them.
Villa Assignment: Resort does not give out any Villa number allocations before arrival. Allocation is given at time of check-in. Requests can be made but will not be guaranteed.

Note: Once your reservation is confirmed by the VIP Membership service at the resort, we will contact you and email you the Vacation Rental Agreement. Please return it ASAP so that we can confirm the reservation. We will email you the resort’s confirmation # as soon as we receive it. -Do not make any flight arrangements until you get a confirmation number from the resort.

When you book your flights, email everyone's completed itineraries immediately (but no later than 30 days prior to the departure date) with names included so we can forward it to the resort for your transportation from Puerto Plata Airport (POP).
