Description

A rural, quiet villa, cosy and comfortable, not too big and built at ground level: this gem is called "Bellpuig d'Artà" and is situated on a huge estate near Artà in the east of the island. No matter where you are on the property: your gaze will always drift over the natural surroundings with their wonderfully relaxing effect. Behind the house, which was built on a small hill, you can cool off in the sloped pool or swim laps, or take advantage of the diverse options for relaxing. In addition to the pool with the inviting sun loungers, you can find the seating set under the pergola to, for example, sip a cocktail here in the shade, read a good book, or simply let your mind wander. The same applies to the awning on the side of the house. For shared meals in the fresh air, you sit at one of the dining tables on the covered terrace. The garden directly around the house features a gently sloping design in a terrace style, with lawns for accompanying children to play on and a few impressive palm trees.

The interior of "Bellpuig d'Artà" is modern, inviting, and cosy – a temporary feel-good home. Natural and white shades dominate the colour scheme, beautifully complemented by the rustic wooden beams on the ceilings and natural-stone details in various places in the house. What's especially convenient is that you'll find everything on one level – particularly a relief for families with children. The open-plan kitchen with a large refrigerator and the dining area with the wooden table and matching chairs, as well as the living room with the golden-yellow sofa, the rocking chair, and the fireplace are located in one spacious, long room. The living space of the villa is complemented by two lovingly furnished double bedrooms, each with spacious wardrobes for your holiday outfits and seating, as well as a bathroom with lovely blue decorative tiles, a bathtub, and a brick shower.

Off into the greenery – because your holiday home is simply perfect as a starting point for relaxing walks, ambitious hikes, or long bicycle tours into the countryside. To get to the nearby town of Artà, just 5 km away, you can easily drive along the road, which is occasionally audible depending on the direction of the wind, with your hire car. The small, medieval town with its characteristic two churches, which you should definitely visit, impresses with its authentic charm – stress isn't a part of everyday life here, and this will fortunately quickly rub off on visitors to the town. Narrow streets, scattered shops, restaurants, and cafes reflect the typical Mallorcan lifestyle in which you can fully immerse yourself. If you want to spend a day by the sea, you can pay the sandy beach of Sa Marjal a visit, which is only about 13.1 km away. Imposing dunes separate it from the street, but once you have surmounted these, you will be rewarded with a great view of the water and the green mountains. Despite the scenic location, there is also a good infrastructure with showers, toilets, and a parasol hire service.
