The rural villa "Son Mulet de Llubí" is an oasis of tranquillity and the ideal holiday location for an enamoured couple or a small family. A lovingly designed garden, displaying a great feel for intricate detail, is waiting to welcome you at the house. Terracotta pails with plants, old wagon wheels that lean against the trunks of tall pine trees, a rusty green bicycle and more, form a beautiful overall picture as if by chance. While the old trees offer plenty of shade, the natural-stone terrace around the large pool invites you to sunbathe. Under straw parasols or on the Balinese bed, you can treat your skin to a bit of relaxation. A covered terrace by the house accommodates a nice seating area with comfortable chairs. The perfect place to enjoy meals prepared on the brick BBQ nearby.

The covered terrace leads into the interior of the villa. Cosy and rustic, the house is also decorated with a lot of devotion. An open-plan living and dining area provides a lovely sofa and TV corner, a large fireplace for the colder days, and a dining table with enough space for all visitors. The villa's kitchen is small but refined and is also integrated into this space. Bright walls and floor tiles combined with the warm colours of the wooden furniture and the ceiling beams give the whole room a cosy atmosphere. A small hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. In the first bedroom, two beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 offer restful sleep, while the second one has a large double bed measuring 1.60 x 1.90 m. Both rooms are decorated with charming details and each have a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The bright bathroom with its floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower is modern and functional.

Llubí is a small, sleepy village on the northern foothills of the large island plain Es Pla. The town is known for its tasty capers, cultivated in the surrounding fields. These can of course also be purchased at the weekly market at the Placa de la Carretera. Those who prefer more hustle and bustle can reach the island's most famous farmers' market in Sineu in just one quarter of an hour. It takes about the same time to reach Inca, the Eldorado for shoes and leather. From here, the highway MA-13 will also quickly take you to the island's capital of Palma for an obligatory day trip. In the large bay of Alcúdia, also only 20 minutes away by car, there are no limits to the pleasure of bathing in the sea on the kilometre-long sandy beaches. You see, the villa "Son Mulet de Llubí" is both an oasis of tranquillity and a perfect retreat as well as a good starting point for eventful island explorations.
