This is a rustic 3-bedroom villa in the quiet and picturesque village of Kringa. It's beautifully built and offers lots of space and amenities. It is ideal for a big family or group. The historic town of Porec is 24 km away and the beach is 21 km away. Here you can rent a boat or play water sports. There's a Go-kart circuit 28 km away and a golf course 56 km from here. The villa is right next to a tennis court and 500m from the nearest restaurant and supermarket. The villa has a large, enclosed garden, a swimming pool, bubble bath and sun beds, a covered terrace with garden furniture, play equipment and a barbecue. From the shared terrace you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the green valley. There's also a foosball table and darboard and the living room has a TV and DVD player. You're allowed to bring 1 pet for €10/night. The villa is air conditioned and offers parking bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels. Pula airport is 48 km away.
