Fig and olive trees, cypresses, and views of the Tramuntana mountains characterise the Mediterranean estate. The newly constructed building, made of sandstone that gives off a golden glow in the sun, reflects tradition and modernity. It is rounded off by the huge saltwater pool with a comfortable entrance. After long excursion days or hikes, you can relax in the whirlpool. You may want to follow this with a siesta on one of the comfortable loungers under the twin parasol or by simply hanging out in one of the hammocks in the garden. The built-in corner BBQ also serves as a fireplace after a tasty feast – under the sun sails, you can sit on the inviting wicker furniture at a long wooden table. You will also find additional cosy furniture on the covered part of the terrace with a dining corner, laid-back lounge, and colourful deck chairs.

Relaxation is the main activity on the schedule, so the exceptionally chic interior as well as exterior design always suits your needs. The centrepiece is the combined living area. This living space, light-flooded with floor-to-ceiling windows, is divided into a cosy living room with a sofa landscape and a TV corner, a stylish dining area in front of a pleasant fireplace, and a rustic library, also with a smart TV. So many favourite spots to choose from! Terracotta, wooden floors, curved ceilings, and "mares" highlight the natural feel of the interior. You will also discover this quality in the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality wooden furniture. At the same time, it resembles an old farmhouse with the second fireplace: This formed the social centre in past times, as it was often the only heated room. After long, freely designed days, fatigue will eventually set in – you can then retreat to one of a total of four air-conditioned bedrooms which are primarily located on the upper floor (one bedroom with bathroom is on the ground floor). On the first floor, each of the chic bedrooms with a fantastic view also features a bathroom with a walk-in shower or a bathtub. On the spacious balcony with a roof, from which you can overlook the garden and pool, you have an ideal retreat for reading a good book. This also applies to the beautiful location of this premium villa, even if the centre of the island often receives less attention. This is also the case with Costitx, the lovable small town that you can quickly reach. It offers everything you need for your everyday routine as well as the typical island setup: A village square in the centre and a weekly market on Saturdays. Cafés, restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy, a supermarket – what more could your heart desire? And this small town of all places boasts a planetarium – but perhaps the view of the stars is simply best in the middle of the island. You should definitely also pay a visit to the attraction Santuari Ferrer de Son Ferrer, which you can even combine with a short walk.
