The fantastic pool, offering refreshment on hot days, is of course the real highlight of the exterior area. It is very comfortably accessible via stairs and surrounded by a handsome sun terrace. On the available lounges, you can relax in the sun as the fancy takes you, absorbing the Mediterranean rays. The parasol protects you from excessive UV rays or offer breezy natural shade, depending on the time of day. The large terrace adjacent to the house is perfect for a savoury breakfast, starting the day with a view of the pool landscape and the deep-blue sky. In the evening, the terrace has another very attractive charm. The barbecue, for example, allows you to enjoy a culinary barbecue, letting you savour the freshly prepared regional delicacies in good company. The extensive terrace is equipped with various attractive seating options and two tables.

Upon entering the house, guests are delighted by the high-quality furnishings. The centre of the house is the combined living/dining room, which contains both an eye-catching dining table with chairs and a brightly designed sofa corner with satellite TV, DVD player, and comfortable seating furniture. Here, you will also find the fireplace, which provides blissful warmth and atmospheric light on cooler evenings. The wooden windows extend to the floor, delightfully flooding the room with light. The pretty tiling and exposed beam ceiling perfectly frame the welcoming atmosphere. Here, tasteful decoration has been used sparingly and skillfully, so that the premises do not lose the clarity and elegance that they naturally radiate. The kitchenette is easy to clean and equipped with everything you need for everyday use. This includes a coffee maker to prepare a steaming cup of coffee in the early hours of the morning, which you can afterwards enjoy on the peaceful terrace. Cheerfully designed bedrooms with a very homey touch invite to a relaxing sleep. Bright colours in combination with elegant, solid furniture convey a warm atmosphere. Two beds measuring 1.10 x 2.00 m as well as one of 1.50 x 1.90 m and four of 0.90 x 1.90 m are available. Everyone is certain to find their perfect place to sleep here. The bathrooms delight with a special charm, expressed in their striking design. Natural stone features very convincingly harmonise with glass, wood, and other materials. An iron and hair dryer are available in the house, so you do not need to bring them yourself.

Artà has a population of about 6,500 and is a particularly pretty town with no large hotels. There are several excellent restaurants as well as good shopping facilities. Every Tuesday, the town holds its weekly farmer's market, which is well worth checking out. The closest beaches are at Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos, and the bay at Cala Millor. Palma de Mallorca airport is a little more than an hour's drive away by hire car from the villa "Son Asopal I".
