The villa is ideal for a large group or family of 10 members. Pesaro is a popular coastal town, better known as the cycling city in Italy. The nearest beaches are about 5 km away and are perfect for a day at the beach with the whole family. In the evenings, you can be in the town center of Santa Veneranda at 2 km, or the town center or Pesaro at 3 km to enjoy the streetscape. The villa is completely fenced and has a large private garden with fruit trees, where you can lie down reading a book or play ball games with the children. The veranda is in place for alfresco dining and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. You can enjoy the evenings around the hot barbecue. Indoors, you can get cozy around the fireplace in the living room. Rimini Airport is 40 km.
