This splendid semi-detached holiday home is located 4 km from Castelfranco di Sopra, in a dominant and panoramic position on the Valdarno, within the Balze Natural Reserve. The house is on two floors connected externally by a stone staircase leading to the main entrance and the living area located on the 1st floor. From the loggia entrance on the first floor, where you can enjoy a splendid suggestive panorama, you have access the living room and kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the valley and a private access staircase. The kitchen with large open fireplace is the center of convivial life. On the ground floor are the other bedrooms with their bathrooms and small coffee areas, with entrances under the pergola located in front of the house. Under the pergola there are tables and chairs and an underlying part of the house's private garden. Available to guests are also various games for children, table tennis, volleyball, French bowls. About 100 m from the house is the restaurant area with a large covered terrace. The restaurant is managed by the house owners, they prepare breakfasts and dinners on request. There you can also find organic products (wine, olive oil) from the farm. A little further up you is the large swimming pool, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying the landscape among the olive groves. The swimming pool has a children's swimming area and a whirlpool area. The holiday home is ideally located for visiting Arezzo (40 km) and its beautiful surroundings, and other interesting cities such as Florence (40 km); Siena (57 km), the Chianti hills (30 km) and other areas of wine production (Via dei Colli Aretini, Setteponti). The access road is narrow for 1.2 km.
