Situated in the gorgeous countryside in the very heart of Ibiza, close to the charming village of San Rafael, Can Yema offers stylish, contemporary comfort with four bedrooms sleeping eight guests. The separate annexe boasts one of the double bedrooms and a lounge area with a sofa bed so, if desired, a further two guests could make use of the sofa bed.

San Rafael is delightful, pretty and atmospheric. Several fabulous ceramic workshops produce intricate handmade pottery. The village's excellent rustic restaurants serve culinary feasts. The village is naturally home to many artists who will invite you to attend some workshops. San Rafael is mid-way between the busy towns of San Antonio and Ibiza Town. It is within easy reach of the popular sandy beaches of the west coast, renowned for their sensational sunsets.

The sprawling Can Yema is ideal for an extended family, two families or a group of friends. It is very spacious inside and out with excellent entertainment spaces. Outside there are terraces on different levels, the top being the swimming pool terrace which is surrounded by sun loungers. The separate guest house opens onto this terrace. Below the pool, there is a charming alfresco dining area with a barbecue. Lower still is a covered lounge area close to the entrance of the villa. Ancient trees and clever planting make the plot very attractive, and there is plenty of parking space.

The villa is furnished to a high standard. Mostly the decor is white with lovely colourful accents from artwork and accessories. The bright living room features a plush, comfortable sofa, attractive light fittings, bespoke wooden furniture and a large TV. It opens to the chill-out terrace area and leads to the modern kitchen which offers a dining area, breakfast bar and a feature fireplace.

There are three bedrooms in the main villa, all of which are smart, stylish and spacious. The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, access to the terrace and a gorgeous bathroom next door. The other two bedrooms in the main villa have kingsize beds and ensuite shower rooms. The remaining bedroom is situated in the guest apartment, close to the pool. It offers a kingsize bed, a bathroom with a shower and a lounge area with a sofabed. This apartment may be especially popular with grandparents or teenagers.

#### Location
Can Yema enjoys a delightful countryside setting close to the quaint village of San Rafael. This tranquil village is calm and offers beautiful mountain views. You will find some unique pottery using methods and styles dating back to the Carthaginian occupation, which makes perfect souvenirs. You can even try your hand and take something home that you have made.

The electric San Antonio is a buzzing tourist resort with sunset cafes, glitzy bars and legendary nightclubs. There are two super-clubs just outside of San Antonio, not too far from the villa if you are looking for a memorable party night. The legendary Ibiza Rocks Hotel hosts incredible pool parties to the sounds of the DJ's beats. There are many boat excursions from San Antonio, boat parties and entertainment on the beach. The inflatable water playground is very popular with children.

The Cala Conta coastline is famous for its spectacular sunset views and its blissful beaches. The panoramic views of the islets of Es Bosc, Sa Conillera, Ses Bledes and S'Espartar are fabulous. The beaches of Cala Bassa and Port d'es Torrent are family-friendly and gorgeous. The top-notch Cala Bassa Beach Club is luxurious, smart and the place to be on this fabulous beach.

San Agustin is one of the best picture-postcard villages on the island; a tiny hamlet tucked into the hills. It boasts a pretty, whitewashed church and a tiny neighbourhood bar. The church is the only one on the island that faces west, all of the others face east. From the church square, you can enjoy fabulous views of the San Jose hills and the lush open countryside. The village is surrounded by wineries. You should visit this pretty hamlet for a slice of rustic life.

If you drive to the east coast, you should visit Cala Llonga, Santa Eulalia, one of the hippy markets and of course Ibiza Town for a cultural experience of Dalt Vila and a fabulous evening out on the town!
