Wonderful sea views of the bay, the surrounding hills and the pretty red roofs of nearby Spartohori village are one of the many attractions of this delightful villa; watching various sea crafts sail across the horizon is a timeless and restful pastime from the spacious pool terrace. Situated above the bay,and stylishly furnished,it enjoys a unique setting with a balcony above the swimming pool for leisurely lunches and a barbecue next to the pool for al fresco dining. The smart modern interiors meet all requirements with the open plan living dining and kitchen areas comfortable and inviting with a double/twin bedroom also on the ground floor opening onto a terrace. On the first floor is a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a double bedroom with patio doors opening onto a balcony with stunning vistas. The small traditional taverna on Spilia Bay a 5 minute walk is a favourite with the locals, whilst the other taverna in Spartochori port is just twenty minutes walk. The car parking area is to the side of the villa and Alex can be accessed via steep steps straight down to the bay itself whilst the nearest mini market is in Spartochori village 8 minutes drive away.
