Not far from Costa de los Pinos, in a sparsely populated residential area, we find the villa "Es Fasser" situated on a secluded estate that is characterised by an expansive garden and a roomy house. This holiday home is situated in idyllic surroundings in an outdoor area that is completely enclosed by a hedge. This security means you can let accompanying children romp and play without worry. You can also sit back and relax within the comfort of a pleasant private sphere. Manicured lawns, decorative Mediterranean vegetation and quaint little pathways all lend the area a picturesque ambience. In front of the large covered terrace sits a rectangular pool measuring 10 x 5 metres, in which you can take a refreshing dip on hot days as and when you please. The pool varies in depth between 1.00 and 1.90 m and can be comfortably accessed thanks to a set of semi-circular steps. Comfy sun loungers and other lovely pieces of garden furniture are available to ensure you can thoroughly relax for as long as it takes your fancy. Here you can spend your days at your leisure, settle down, and refocus after the stress that often comes with everyday life. The brick-built BBQ might entice you into a culinary BBQ evening, with everyone socialising as a group whilst tasting and savouring the delightfully sumptuous delicacies the local region has to offer. You aren't limited to one space for this though; there are different outdoor dining areas from which to choose. A BBQ evening is not just suited to the veranda, but also at the dining table beside the house, which can be under cover when needed. This, to us, would be a perfect place to enjoy an excellent evening of barbecuing. Near to the BBQ, an extra fridge for drinks is available for your convenience.

Tasteful furnishings greet visitors as they enter the house. The centre of the house is the combined living/dining room, which contains both a gigantic dining table with chairs and a loosely separated, cosily decorated sofa corner, complete with television and fireplace. Traditional exposed roof beams blend beautifully here with the matching floor tiles and the white walls and ceilings. Classic furniture characterises the atmosphere, while painstakingly chosen and installed decor completes this cosy scene. The floor-length windows pleasantly flood the room with natural light. The kitchen will delight you with its extensive facilities, which include a toaster, blender for creams and milkshakes. The kitchen inventory also includes a filter coffee machine, with which you can prepare that first aromatic coffee in the early morning sun. There's even room for an small round dining table, at which you can all enjoy a snack or even a full meal together. Welcoming, individually designed bedrooms, which are also located on the ground floor, invite you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing night's sleep. Brightly-coloured walls, in combination with solid pieces of furniture create a homely atmosphere. In this property, everyone is certain to find a place to sleep that is just perfect for them. The bathrooms provide more than enough space for everyone and are furnished with contemporary fittings. On the upper floor you will find a further living room and a small library. Irons and hairdryers are provided, and so there is no need for you to waste luggage space by bringing your own with you from home.

The proximity to the varied natural landscape is like a standing invitation to enjoy the surroundings and immerse yourself in relaxing during your holiday. The location close to the Costa de los Pinos bypass makes the location of this holiday house even more attractive through quick access to the ocean. Drive in different directions and reach various towns quickly and with ease. Visit the market in Son Servera every Friday, or the one in Artà every Tuesday. Restaurants and bars can be found within walking distance in Port Verd; Costa de los Pinos or Cala Bona have particularly good fish restaurants on offer, and are certainly worth checking out. If you're looking for a day at the beach, walk to the one in Port Vell itself (just across the road!), while you will also find similar scenery in Sa Marjal or Cala Bona.
