The VILLA WHITE PEARL is equipped with all the comforts of a modern resort, where luxury is combined with functionality. The villa has a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, five bedrooms of which two of them have their own bathroom, a bathroom and WC. There is a swimming pool in the outside area, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area.
The living room on the main floor has two dining rooms, a kitchen, a WC and a master bedroom.The aesthetic of the living room with luxurious furnishing and stunning views of the Aegean Sea reminds boat sailing in deep blue sea. The fully equipped kitchen with island offers all the amenities for guests who wish to test their cooking skills and accompany them with fine drinks or wines from our bar. In the master bedroom, which has its own French balcony and spacious wardrobes, the dreams continue after waking up viewing the wonderful beach of Sarti and the green mountain of Sithonia.
The second master bedroom, three more bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry space are located upstairs. Each bedroom has large closets with exit to the terrace with a spectacular view of the sea and Mount Athos. Our guests will enjoy special moments in the dining area of the terrace the warm summer nights.
Each room has its own air conditioner, which cools the hot summer nights, when the sea and mountain breeze is not enough. The villa -respecting all the standards of a Green House- is constructed with a thermal facade and has also an underfloor heating and solar thermal making it a destination also during the winter season.
The outdoor swimming pool area with the blue water refers to dives directly into the sea. At this outdoor terrace of 200 sq. visitors can cool off at the outdoor showerwith plenty of water, then relax at the relax swing or for those who love sunbathing enjoy the sun on sunbeds. In the evening the barbeque area is tempting to dine on the outdoor dining.
