This wonderful oasis is embedded into the idyllic, slightly hilly landscape near Artà. The garden's main eye-catcher is of course the attractively designed, spacious pool area. The 12-m-long infinity pool is very comfortably accessible via broad stairs and is bordered by a neat sun terrace. This is slightly elevated at the front of the pool in an original way and surrounded by white walls on three sides, so you can relax here with the assurance of being shielded from view. A total of six sun loungers are provided for abundant lounging beneath the Mediterranean sky, and of course also a parasol to protect you from strong UV rays. There is even a swing in the garden for the little ones. The great terrace by the house offers another appealing seating option. A large dining table stands here at which you can start your morning with breakfast while enjoying the view into the garden and beyond. In the evenings, the barbecue might tempt you to prepare fresh regional delicacies and then savour these.

When entering the house, you will immediately be astonished by the truly impressive interior decoration. High-quality, stylish furniture, a lot of white, and contrasting dark brown form essential elements of the expansive living/dining room. Natural-stone walls on both ends of the elongated room frame the tasteful composition very atmospherically. The beautiful couch zone offers comfortable relaxation opportunities next to modern technical furnishings and a fireplace. The dining area, loosely separated by a wide step, offers a chic dining table at which you can enjoy a cultivated indoor meal together. An open staircase leads from this large living space to the first floor. But let us first remain on the ground floor and take a closer look at the kitchen, which conveniently lies right next to the dining room and can be entered through a wide passageway. Here, you have the benefit of a thoroughly styled design combined with first-class facilities. A kettle as well as an American and an Italian coffee machine are part of the equipment. At the practical cooking island, you can not only prepare meals, but also sit on two trendy bar stools on the other side and have a little snack or a refreshing drink. From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the bodega. Here you can sit wonderfully coolly and comfortably beneath the quaint cellar vault and surrounded by natural stone walls. Three through and through atmospherically and stylishly decorated bedrooms, two of which are air-conditioned, promise a pleasant night's sleep. Pleasant colours, a lot of wood, and pretty materials create a very homely and inviting atmosphere. Two beds measuring 0.9 x 2 m as well as one of 2 x 2 m are available. Every Tuesday, the weekly market takes place in the centre of Artà, which you should definitely visit. Here you will find regional culinary specialties as well as decorative crafts. Not far from the villa lie a few gorgeous white beaches, some which are still true insider's tips. Golfers will get their money's worth thanks to the five golf courses that can be found within 7 km of the property (around 4 miles).
