Villa Zapato has a private pool overlooking the mountains of the Cumbre del Sol, known as “Balcony of the Mediterranean” and is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA ZAPATO
From the villa you walk onto the covered terrace and you can sit comfortably sheltered at the spacious 6-person dining table with a view of the beautiful garden and tropical plants. The private swimming pool (8x4 meters) with sun terrace, sunbeds, parasol, outdoor shower and lawn where the children can play on, you can see from your luxury holiday villa and covered terrace. The Tuscany stone arches, which give this holiday home a wonderfully beautiful atmosphere, are a real eye-catcher from the town of Javea. The origin of this Tosca stone comes from Roman times and comes from the beaches of Javea. The Dutch owner has made the villa complete, with the Ibiza-style outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, refrigerator and designer rinsing bowl. Adjacent to this is a cozy, covered seating area to enjoy each other's company and all the goodies that have just been prepared in the outdoor kitchen. Or to relax with a glass of Sangria during a sultry summer evening with the atmospheric outdoor lighting. A top place for a successful holiday for the whole family. THE INTERIOR OF VILLA ZAPATO
The living room is very attractive, because the owner has applied nice details with southern influences, which gives the villa that extra unique holiday feeling. A 6-person seating area, dining table and television (with international channels) . The semi-open kitchen is also attractive and fully equipped with a large gas stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker . Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, designer washbasin and toilet. Accessible via the outside staircase is the great master bedroom with king-size bed, terrace, ample closet space and an en-suite bathroom with luxury bath, separate walk-in shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The three bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Javea is located in one of the most varied landscapes of the Mediterranean, with sea, mountains, valleys and cliffs of rare beauty. In the city center you will find the beach with an extensive promenade, bars and restaurants. The historic center of Javea still retains its original character and charm today. Everything less than 10 minutes by car from Villa Zapato. Be sure to visit Cala de la Barraca, a pebble beach with crystal clear water that overlooks the island of “El portichol”.
