Description

With a pretty private terrace and touches of rustic French chic in the decor, 2-bedroom Villa Musgo is a holiday home with a touch of class. Suitable for four adults and two children, this property lies just 3km from Puerto Banus and 8km from the centre of Marbella, putting yet more glamorous living within easy reach.

Enjoying beautiful countryside views, Villa Musgo is in a quiet, residential area just 400m from a sandy beach. There is a relaxing garden with terrace areas for dining and relaxing, close to the private pool which is available to use year-round. A barbecue, sun loungers and an attractive covered lounge area with comfortable seating offer lots of options. There is also a terrace area up on the roof, ideal for drinks in the evenings.

The cosy house includes a stylish living room with a large, wall-mounted TV and elements of shabby chic in the furnishings. Just off this room is the kitchen, equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and ceramic hob. A suitably elegant dining area can also be found inside.

Two sofa-beds in the living room bring the house's total capacity to six. The two bedrooms both include a double bed and have been beautifully styled. These rooms share the use of a bathroom with a corner bathtub, double sinks and WC.

With shops, bars and cafes within 500m of the property, you won't need to go far for meals and essentials. But if you do fancy a day, or night, out, nearby Puerto Banus with its upscale marina is a great choice. Be sure to head into Marbella too, where the Old Town and historic sights like Alcazaba provide a contrast to the modern developments of the marina area.

Even closer to the villa, you have a golf course around 3km away and, a little further west, the Selwo Aventura wildlife park, a popular family attraction offering safari tours.

#### Location
The southern city of Marbella remains one of Spain's most enchanting. While it serves up all the luxury and high-end living that it's famed for, there is much more to Marbella than that.

The beach life is undoubtedly a big draw for visitors, with golden sands and calm seas ideal for a family visit. Some beaches cater more for the adults, with beach clubs and bars. Wherever you are, you'll have great facilities nearby, including restaurants and sports, either in or near the water.

Marbella hosts regular festivals too, with the summer months particularly fiesta-packed. Look out for the Starlite Festival where musicians from around the world come together, and the week-long Marbella Feria, full of fun and flamenco.

The charming Old Town area of Marbella has all sorts of boutiques, bars and galleries in the little streets leading off Plaza de Naranja. The beautiful La Alameda Park is nearby, close to the countless waterfront restaurants of the Paseo Maritimo. Tapas and seafood are big around here, and you'll be able to choose from the most casual street food to the highest quality fine dining.

For a taste of the high life, head to Puerto Banus and hang out with the jet-set at the marina. The shopping comes with quite a price tag around this way, so if you're after something more reasonable, head for a shopping centre like La Canada, which has more than 100 familiar names including a particularly good selection of fashion brands.

If you are looking for culture rather than consumerism, Marbella has something for you too. Check out international contemporary art at the Museo del Grabado Espanol Contemporaneo, or perhaps head to Museo de Bonsai – as the name suggests, there are lots of little trees to see.
