The villa "Can Bou" greets its guests in the midst of the fabulous Mallorcan nature, close to Colonia de Sant Jordi, and particularly stands out at first glance due to its elevated position in combination with an extraordinarily beautiful outdoor area. Lush palm trees and other Mediterranean plants, well-maintained lawn and terrace areas, as well as picturesque paths, characterise the image of the garden. There is even a small, decoratively embedded pond. The elaborate design of the outdoor area results in manifold possibilities for a pleasant stay. The large pool is particularly appealing, boasting a handsome length of 11 metres. The basin of the pool is tiled with blue mosaic stones and is very comfortably accessible via a set of stairs. Comfortable loungers await guests for lavish sunbathing. The porch swing only decorates the photos and is no longer available. Nevertheless, from this place, in the immediate vicinity of the pool, one has a good view, meaning you can keep an eye on any children splashing in the water. Here you can completely unwind and savour a cool drink, or just let the world go by. Separated by just 10 steps from this level lie the expansive, partly covered terraces by the house. On different seating options, you can either retreat for a while, or maybe gather with good company in order to, for example, enjoy a meal together. The elevated position turns this area into an exclusive vantage point, from which you can enjoy a refreshing breakfast or a culinary barbecue in a truly special and unique way. Let your days start and come to a close here just as you please, accompanied by a breathtaking view of the garden. And especially practical: Your rental car will always be in the shade in the garage.

An interior flooded with light, complete with generous rooms, tasteful furnishings and high-quality materials creates an exceptionally aesthetic ambience that will immediately make you want to stay and linger inside. An open living/dining area forms the core of the house and offers high-level indoor stays. Bright furniture and materials have been expertly combined with contrasting colours to create an unobtrusive yet still imposing whole. The stone wall in the living space is an absolute eye-catcher that will deftly draw your gaze. The large TV with satellite connection, as well as the music system, are also ideally installed here. This means that you can lounge here on the super comfortable sofa in the very best conditions and whenever you feel like it. Cultivated indoor dining can be experienced by the entire group together at the elegant dining table, which offers an unobstructed view of the terrace and beyond. A thoroughly styled-out kitchen offers all you need on a daily basis with exclusive facilities and fittings. These include, amongst many other things, a kettle and a filter coffee machine, with which you can prepare your first aromatic cup in the morning as you please. Plenty of storage and working spaces can also be found, as well as an appealing colour design and a small area for another dining table. Modern, individually designed bedrooms provide a welcoming setting for restful nights. A total of two beds measuring 1.50 x 2.00 m and four measuring 1.00 x 2.00 m are provided. There is also a place for two small guests. Mosquito nets are available in the house for your convenience and can be used as needed. The three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, boast a very modern design. An iron and three hair dryers are also available in the house and do not need to be brought from home.

The villa "Can Bou" is an ideal starting point for island explorations of all types and in any direction. Various attractive beaches can quickly be reached with your rental car. Diverse water sports options can be booked with local providers. The landscape around Colonia de Sant Jordi is characterised by numerous salt flats. The lighthouse at Cap des Ses Salines is a great starting point for hikes. In Ses Salines, you can find a colourful weekly market every Thursday and several good restaurants with a welcoming ambience. A little insider's tip would be to try the restaurant "Espinaret", which can be found very close to the villa.
