Casa Angelica two-storey high-quality villa with a medium-sized pool is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in central Costa Teguise. All amenities are within a short walk away. Furnished to a high standard, and only a five minute’s walk to the resort centre.

The villa will sleep 8 people in the bedrooms and a further child on a fold away bed. We also offer another Villa Luz De La Fragata in the same street for larger groups wishing to holiday together.

The living room inside has comfortable sofas, internet connection, TV with UK Channels, a music system, DVD player, and patio doors to sun terrace. There are four overhead fans available.

The kitchen is equipped with all expected amenities, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, and juicer.

On the ground floor of this villa there is one double bedroom with access to a family bathroom. Upstairs there is one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom.

The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. For stays of over 7 nights there is a clean and linen change. Please leave the villa clean and tidy on your departure and all rubbish removed.

This villa is all on 2 levels and the pool has ladder steps. The villa is located in a flat central area.
