The villa is set on 2 levels, and has white marble flooring throughout.

On the first level you’ll find the kitchen, lounge and dining area.

The lounge has 2 & 3 seater sofas, 2 comfortable chairs and a 46 inch flat screen TV with UK/Spanish/German channels. There is a door leading out to the terrace.

The dining area has a glass table & white leather chairs overlooking the pool terrace and amazing panoramic views across the resort and of the sea. There are also doors leading to the outside pool terrace & to the separate third bedroom.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and granite work surfaces. There are patio doors leading to the terrace.

The third bedroom is located on level 2 which is separate from the main villa. To enter bedroom 3 there is a staircase from the dining area/pool terrace. This fabulous huge bedroom offers outstanding panoramic views of the sea and over the nearby resorts and coastline of Tenerife.

There is an open plan en suite with WC and a sunken bath.

Upstairs are the master bedroom with king size bed, plus the second bedroom with two single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom.

The beautiful large pool terrace has private heated pool with roman style steps and has been fitted with artificial grass. There are plenty of sun loungers available with mattresses and a purpose built BBQ.

Wifi is available at £30 for 15GB of data, provided by a 3G router. Please book in advance as this has to be pre arranged. Pool heating is additional £120 per week normally required between October and April.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

This villa is located in the popular resort of Las Americas (San Eugenio). The property is only 100 meters up from the Costa Adeje Hospital and only round the corner from Siam Park, Aqua Land and the new Siam Mall. The San Eugenio shopping centre where you will find all local amenities is only a short walk away from the villa. It is roughly a kilometre to local beaches Puerto Colon and Las Americas where you will find all the bars, restaurants, clubs and shops etc. There is also the main Las Americas bus station approx 200 meters away from the villa.
