Description

This charming, traditional home has panoramic views that are absolutely spectacular. The property has been beautifully renovated, whilst respecting the original features of the house as much as possible. The property is spread over two levels, on the ground floor is the main entrance that leads directly into a spacious kitchen and living room. On the same level are also a toilet and a bedroom with bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper level with two additional bedrooms with bathroom. On the first floor guests will also be able to enjoy a magnificent terrace, with stunning views of the Gulf of Policastro. The grounds are extremely well kept and are equipped with seating areas as well as sunloungers for those wishing to work on their tan during the long summer days. The last part of the access road (about 500 m) is not paved, a car with four-wheel drive is therefore recommended. Due to its location on a rocky peak, which offers a beautiful view, the house is not recommended for families with small children. The property is located about 3 km from Scario, a charming fishing village on the coast of the Cilento, in the district of San Giovanni a Piro. Other places of interest include the village of Scario (2 Km) where you will find all essential services: supermarket, restaurants, bars, post office. The nearest beach is 2 km away and from Scario you can reach by sea transport many of the beautiful bays that characterize the north coast to Marina di Camerota. Additionally, the location is very convenient to visit the Cilento National Park and other places of natural, archaeological and cultural interest, such as the monastery Certosa di Padula in the Vallo di Diano (about 47 km) and the archaeological site of Paestum, with its magnificent temples (82 km).
