This charming holiday home is located in Marathonas, one of the most historical towns of Greece and a very famous holiday destination, and only 45km from Athens. The property has three levels: on the ground floor there's a bedroom, a bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area with access to the garden. On the first floor there is an extra well-equipped kitchen and a living area with sofa bed, and on the second floor you will find two other bedrooms. The house can accommodate up to nine guests. Outside, there is a large garden area with barbeque facilities and a partly-covered terrace where guests can relax while enjoying an alfresco meal. From the back entrance there is a path, where in just a 3 minutes' walk through pine trees, leads you directly to the most wonderful long curve beach of the area with crystal clear waters. The sandy beach of Schinias is only 2km and offers plenty of choices for water sports and beach activities. The area has also restaurants and coffee bars to taste the local specialities. A visit to Lake Marathon is highly recommended, as you can combine it with a stop at the Fragma restaurant, which has a breathtaking view of the lake.
