The villa "Kelly" is located in the beautiful northeast of the island and has an especially large lawn which offers many possibilities for children to play. Here, you can play with a ball just as the fancy takes you and there is even a swing. That leaves even more time for you to leave behind your daily life and to devote yourself to the things that you have wanted to do for a long time; read an exciting thriller, do yoga or take a lot of time to cook. What place is more suited for that than the canopy by the pool, decorated with white cloths swaying in the wind and furnished with multiple loungers...? In the evening, everyone gathers on the covered terrace to enjoy Mallorca's culinary delicacies with a BBQ; from fresh regional products such as fish or meat to the marinated zucchini or pan con tomate. Enjoy your meal!

The villa itself has a successful mix of friendly design and traditional style. The typical Mallorcan floor tiles as well as the visible ceiling beams, which provide a cosy ambience, can be found in every room. The living room suite is appealing for a relaxing dinner. On cooler days, you can make yourselves comfortable by the fireplace and listen to the sizzling and crackling of the burning wood. Perhaps you will play a board game together?! That would be a great alternative to a movie night. In the same room, there is a fancy dinner table that seats eight people. That is convenient, because the fully-equipped kitchen is right next to it. All of the prepared delicacies can easily be served here. All of the bedrooms have double beds, they have a simple design which promises relaxed sleep. Even the very young guests will quickly feel at home here. The two bathrooms, one of them en-suite, are also designed beautifully, simply, and functionally. By the way: here you share a wall with the neighbouring finca "Can Siurell", so occasionally perceptible noises from other customers are possible.

The many extras are what make this villa the perfect place for a family holiday. The small artist town of Artà has pretty, narrow alleyways, some recommended Mallorcan restaurants, such as La mar de Vins, where the food is especially tasty in its cute garden. Additionally, there are many nice cafes and good shopping facilities. Every Tuesday, there is a weekly market in the centre of town that is worth seeing; you can also get hold of great artisan craft work there. As the villa is close to the Ma-12 road, which connects Alcúdia and Artà, you can reach many beaches quickly and comfortably. The beautiful Cala Agulla bay, which charms its guests with its clean, crystal-clear waters and white sand, is about 16 minutes away by car.
