The natural-stone villa "Sa Palmaria", built in a typical Mallorcan style, is in the middle of a large palm tree garden – as the name suggests. The series of large terraces with the clean pool at its centre is covered along the outer wall of the house and leads almost seamlessly into the conservatory. On the terrace, the long table is perfect for a relaxed family breakfast, as well as the ideal place to retreat into the shade on a hot afternoon. In addition, there is a barbecue for ending the day with a tasty grilled feast and a glass of wine on the fantastic terrace. As well as two ladders, a descending set of stairs leads into the pool to allow children to get into the cool waters easily and safely. For those with restricted mobility, there's also a electronic chairlift which lowers into the water. The pool is fenced in on all sides and therefore safe for the little ones. It is cleaned four times a week and there are plenty of sun-loungers and parasols all around for guests to use. Next to the pool, a table-tennis table as well as other toys and activities provide fun and games for children.

The conservatory boasts floor-length sliding glass doors, creating an airy, bright and friendly atmosphere; this also applies to the entirety of the villa's interior. Large windows flood the whole house with light and ensure a pleasant ambience. There are five double rooms and four bathrooms in total. The ground-floor bedroom in this villa is particularly spacious, with a king-sized bathroom and especially wide doorways. The toilet is equipped with handrails for wheelchair users, making this villa the ideal holiday home for older guests or those with restricted mobility. The fully-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. As well as a microwave, dishwasher, blender and a coffee machine, there's a whole host of other amenities. Furthermore, there's a washing machine in a separate utility room. A large doorway leads from the kitchen into the cozily designed living area or through into the dining room complete with a long table housed in the spacious conservatory.
