Our expectations with regard to the interior design of this lovable quarry stone property are also fully satisfied. Bright flooring, cosy rooms with exposed masonry, wooden doors and windows, a fireplace, ceramic tiles, and many subtle decorative items convey a pleasant atmosphere of ease and comfort of an archetypal country house that one enters through a wide and inviting foyer. The cosy living and dining rooms have a functional setup. The separate kitchen has coffee brown furnishings and a contemporary sense of comfort, which translate into a tremendous feeling of relief for those on holiday. It will be a joy to cook together in this room if people choose not to use the BBQ area. Three double bedrooms share two shower baths, one of which has an additional bathtub. On the villa's upper floor you will discover a second bedroom which can also be used as a recreation room or office.

The popular eastern section of the island has captivating laid-back towns and a gentle hilly landscape that slopes down slowly towards the coast. The towns are picturesque, have numerous golden brown stone houses and bodegas and small boutiques that are also visited by locals. Since this lovable villa is near Sant Llorenc des Cardassar and is therefore conveniently located on a country road from which traffic noise is only occasionally heard, the mediaeval town of Artà with its farmers' market on Tuesdays, and Manacor, the second largest city in Mallorca, are also a quick drive away.
