The owner of this beautiful villa has given special consideration to creating a fully comfortable refuge during planning and furnishing. This is visible throughout the outdoor area which measures 4,000 m²: lawns featuring decorative splashes of Mediterranean green, including ancient trees, will entice you into spending long hours under the open sky. Plenty of sun loungers are available around the spacious pool area, and the 10 m long pool will provide you with exquisite refreshment, particularly on hot Mallorcan days. The clever design of the house and the beautiful trees provide you with numerous attractive shaded areas. Should you prefer a little sunbathing, you can do so in the middle of the lawn area. There are plenty of high-quality outdoor furniture pieces which will entice you to lounge and relax whilst enjoying the stunning view of your green surroundings. Several wide doors enable a level entry into the villa itself. Through here, you will enter into the large living and dining area where you can dine together at the table. The living room features the dining area as well as a cosy sofa corner with a TV and a fast WIFI connection. From this area, you can head to the fully equipped kitchen (with a washing machine and dishwasher) or to the three double bedrooms in the property. There are also three bathrooms in the house, offering plenty of room in the indoor and outdoor areas of the villa for up to six people. The villa has a typically simple and rustic design. A cot for sleeping and a high chair are available should you be travelling with a baby. The location provides you with heavenly tranquillity and a great view over the rolling green hills that are so typical of this stretch of land close to the sea. At the same time, however, you are close to the beautiful town of Pollença. With its old, narrow streets, you can still feel the authentic charm of this typical Mallorcan town. You will be within easy reach of fine, sandy beaches (such as the Cala Vicens in the north of Mallorca), which have a shallow entry to the sea.
