This cosy villa has just three bedrooms, making it perfect for smaller families or groups visiting the area. A pool terrace overlooks the ocean, giving everyone plenty of space to enjoy Altea's reliably warm climate.
The villa covers two levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the main level, you have a spacious living room with satellite TV, as well as a large kitchen and dining room. These rooms all have direct access to the terrace, so you can float in and out as you please.

On the same level, you will find two double bedrooms, one of which has its bathroom with a bath. There is also another shower room on this floor. On the lower level, accessed via an exterior staircase, you have another double bedroom and shower room.

You'll be kept comfortable at Villa Artemisia with air-conditioning, and your privacy is taken care of with lots of trees surrounding the property. There's a barbecue right next to an outdoor dining area, which enjoys a fine view down towards the ocean, which is only 3km away.

Altea itself features a pretty Old Town area on top of a hill, which offers the very best views. It's a popular spot for artists – quiet and civilised with old cobbled streets – and has a slightly Bohemian air. The town has all the amenities you are likely to need, including a supermarket and post office, and its restaurants serve up the kind of traditional local cuisine you should try.

Its peaceful character makes strolling along the promenade a real pleasure and, while Benidorm is just 10km down the road, Altea couldn't be more different from its more famous near-neighbour. Having this charming town so close by is another of the assets of Villa Artemisia.

#### Location
Altea is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Blanca, where things stay mild virtually all year. It's a pretty and quiet town, which hasn't gone down the tourist route, despite its popularity. You won't find nightclubs, English bars and hedonism here – it's a far more subtle place, with cobbled streets, traditional Spanish restaurants and a beautiful promenade fringed with palm trees.
You have some equally picturesque places close by, with peaceful Polop, about 8km away, another good choice for those who like things more relaxed. Not much further, to the north, Calpe will reward you with more beautiful coastal views and rugged landscapes perfect for getting active in whatever way you choose.
