Villa Giulia can be found only 2km from the town of Solarino, where there are restaurants, bars, pizzerias, etc. Beautiful Syracuse is only 19km away and the nearest beach can be found in Fontane Bianche within just 25 minutes’ driving distance. For those who want to discover Eastern Sicily, charming baroque towns such as Noto are within easy reach.
The villa is modern and develops over 120 sq.m
Inside, we find a large and bright living room with sofa an TV corner, dining table with chairs and open kitchen area with table, stools, all with direct access to the outside. From this area, we can access a separate room, all closed off with glass windows and an additional kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of: one double bedroom with air conditioning, one bedroom with French bed (more suited for two children) and air conditioning, one bedroom with single bed and one pull-out single bed with fan. There is one separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, the villa offers a large Mediterranean garden with private swimming pool (12x7m; 1m – 2.5m deep; salt water; open from May 15 to September 18) overlooking the surrounding landscape, equipped with sun lounges, umbrella and garden furniture.
