There are not many properties with six double bedrooms and six bathrooms (one guest WC). And if you add further perks like being family-friendly, proximity to the beach, and great value for money, then there really aren't that many. This is why we particularly recommend this villa to a large family or group of families.
However, it is not just its proximity to the beach that makes this villa so attractive to families that love going for a swim. Lovingly managed and cared for by its Spanish owner, this property is particularly impressive thanks to its spaciousness and relatively low price-per-night. White linen cloths softly sway in the gentle breeze that reaches the villa over the rolling hills from the sea. They add a very particular charm to the exterior area of this gorgeous villa. Together with the newly built pool terrace, also covered by a white cloth, it creates a delightful chill-out area with a great view of the adjacent, brilliant-blue pool and the fields and meadows beyond. The exterior area boasts 20 seating areas and 12 sun-loungers. Perfect for both families and children in particular, the pool has a stepped entry and small ladder. This allows younger guests to enjoy splashing about as well on the upper steps, of course under supervision.

The villa can be entered through the main entrance or through one of the large terrace doors. As you go in via the main entrance, you will arrive in the over five-metre-high foyer, which in turn leads into the ground floor living area or the upper floor via a large staircase. Even if you are travelling with one or more families, you won't have to queue for the bathroom in the morning thanks to the large number of bedrooms and bathrooms. There is ample space for up to 12 people, and both first-class baby cots offer additional space for two accompanying babies. The villa holds a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room, which in turn has a flat-screen satellite TV and WiFi. You can send up-to-date holiday snaps over the internet on your smartphone or tablet whenever you like. Incidentally: two bedrooms are connected, which is perfect for a couple (in one bedroom) with children (in the other). This is very convenient, especially when you are travelling with more than one family. So, we give the villa "Pont Verd" two thumbs up for families with children.

Just take a closer look at the magnified map view of the surroundings of this villa and you will instantly see just how close it is to the marvellous sandy beach of "Sa Marjal" (at the Costa de los Pinos). It sits nestled between the residential areas of Costa and Port Verd. Port Verd is a former, tiny fishing harbour, which now holds a great restaurant. If you don't feel like cooking one night, you can simply enjoy a delicious meal here instead. The nearby coast is lined with several other restaurants, so you can choose a different (top-quality!) restaurant each night. The villa's name comes from the nearby village of Port Verd, and its location is one of the villa's great advantages.
