This splendid semi-detached holiday home with shared swimming pool is located 4 km from Castelfranco di Sopra, located in a dominant and panoramic position on the Valdarno, within the Balze Natural Reserve. The accommodation is over two floors connected externally by a stone staircase leading to the main entrance and the living area located on the first floor. From the loggia entrance on the first floor, where you can enjoy a splendid suggestive panorama, you access the living room and kitchen, the two double bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the valley and a private access staircase. Green spaces with children's play area are located below the house. In front of the accommodation is a pergola with table and chairs, a private garden area. Available to guests are also various games for children, table tennis, volleyball, French bowls. About 100 m from the house is the restaurant area with a large covered terrace. The restaurant is managed by the house owners specifically to prepare lunches and dinners on request, and to make their guests appreciate the local cuisine. There you can also find organic products (wine, olive oil) from the farm. A little further up you will find the large swimming pool with stone edge, for sunbathing and enjoying the relaxing landscape among the olive groves. The swimming pool has a children's swimming area and a whirlpool area. The house is in an ideal position for visiting Arezzo (40 km) and its splendid surroundings, and other interesting neighboring cities, such as Florence (40 km); Siena (57km), the Chianti hills (30 km) and other areas of fine wines (Via dei Colli Aretini, Setteponti). The access road is narrow for 1.2 km.
