Guests at 'Sa Calma' will enjoy a luxury detached villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, private heated pool and a small pretty garden. 'Sa Calma' is near to 2 beaches, Na Macaret fishing village & Arenal. See full description below. Mahon Airport is 20 minutes away & Mahon town is 15 minutes away, the nearest town where you'll find all amenities.

Inside we have 4 bedrooms - 1 king size bed in the master with an ensuite, 1 double, 1 twin room and 1 single with a pull-out single bed (suitable for child/teenager). Rooms on the 1st floor have access to their own terraces with beautiful views of the countryside. There is 1 standard bathroom and 2 separate shower rooms, all come ready with towels and linen. There are 3 air-conditioning units throughout the house & ceiling fans.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with Smart TV and WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven & pots and pans as well as full cutlery and crockery sets. Additionally there is a small utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities and door to the back yard for drying. In the lower ground floor there is a games room with a full size table tennis & dart board. Cots and high-chairs are available on request.

There is a pretty garden to the side with seating for around 8 people. Plus a barbecue & 2 parasol areas with sun loungers and private pool (6.7 x 3.7sq. meters) with its own heating facility. Secure garden.

On arrival all bed will be made up with clean bed sheets and towels supplied. If you are staying for more than a week we supply clean linen for you to use at your disposal whilst in the villa. Another benefit of Sa Calma is that we do not charge a cleaning fee.
Situated 8 minutes’ walk from the charming Na Macaret fishing village & small sandy beach, great for day out or evening stroll. In the local area there is Arenal d'en Castell with its beautiful crescent shaped beach, of soft golden sand just a short drive away or a 20 minute walk. The beach is ideal for bathing and very safe for young children, there are a few restaurants, bars and shops around the beach for souvenirs and beach gear. There are also water sports and pedalos to enjoy as well as a children's playground nearby. Another spot worth visiting is Fornells beach which is a 20-minute drive/taxi and has great facilities for kayaking, boat tours, scuba diving & sailing. Fornells is a hub for the best seafood and paella restaurants. The island has a wide range of activities available, from water parks and beautiful snorkelling opportunities to horse riding, donkey treks & coastal walks.

Please note that changeover day is Fridays during summer (between mid- July and beginning of September) if you wish to book for another day then please message before booking.

'We’ve had a lovely time as always. Thank you for the extra towels. The weather has been great. I can’t believe the children still love the location at the ages of 24 and 28! It’s almost as if it’s our villa because we know it so well. I wish we’d bought one all those years ago when we first visited Menorca.
