Splendidly perched on a rocky shelf descending sheer into the sea, La Villa di Cala Regina is set in one of the most beautiful stretches of the Golfo degli Angeli, just a short distance from Quartu Sant’Elena and Cagliari.
The villa is a maison de charme dating from the 1960s, in granite and concrete, built in the style of F. L. Wright. The concept of the interior spaces is inspired by the living area of the boat, whose essential organisation of spaces is accompanied by a cosy family atmosphere.
The large living room with fireplace looks out over the sea, surprising guests with its wide-ranging view. The three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two singles (single bed and French bed), are all light-filled and with sea view. The night areas are completed with two en-suites, one with shower and the other with tub. A third small bathroom is next to the small well-equipped kitchen.
A small dependence with bedroom and bathroom is available at the lower level.
Guests will find: digital TV and internet Wi-Fi, a broad selection of music and a number of books.
The peace and quiet of the villa is ensured by the 4 hectares of Mediterranean garden which enclose the property, offering several relaxation corners, intimate and shaded. A fascinating path leads down to a private area of the rocky coast below. To the west, a fine patio looks on to a pool set in lush greenery.
Just a short distance from the main residence there is a small 25 m2 building, the ideal solution for families wishing to host the baby sitter, housekeeper or other staff. This accommodation, completely independent, is furnished with a double bed, en-suite with shower and equipped kitchenette. The dependance faces the rocks and has a furnished external area.
