Subbiano is a village that rises on the Arno river and preserves the typical characteristics of the historic village: a small town, an old mill and a castle. Subbiano is the entrance to the Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi and della Verna, a regenerating and ideal place for trekking and with mountain bike trails. From Subbiano you can easily visit Sansepolcro, the city of Piero della Francesca, Cortona and Arezzo. This house has distant origins, it is the owner's family residence, which has been revised keeping some original features. The location is an excellent base for visiting Arezzo, Florence, Siena and spending a day in Rome.
